The exhibition follows the production of the Jihotvar Hrdějovice cooperative, which was highly valued and respected at the time of its existence. The works moved on the scale from the Brussels style, characteristic of pastel colors, to ecru ceramics referring to the traditional methods of craftsmanship and decoration. The project focuses on the oeuvre of the designer Antonín Škoda as well as the second outstanding figure active in the Hrdějovice plant, the organizer of its production and author of multiple designs, Karel Příhoda. The exhibition will also recall some other great ceramicists who worked for the factory.
